Bail and anticipatory bail
Applications for regular bail and for anticipatory bail where an arrest is feared.
From bail and police cases to property and recovery suits, we represent residents and NRIs before the Dwarka district courts and other Delhi courts. Early advice often makes the biggest difference.

A police complaint, a legal notice, a cheque that bounced or a dispute over a flat can turn your life upside down, more so if you are thousands of kilometres away. The first few days matter: what you sign, what you say and how quickly you take advice. We help you stay calm, understand the risk and take the right step in the right court.
Criminal procedure in India now runs under the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 and the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, which replaced the CrPC and the IPC from 1 July 2024.
