We are a team of eight advocates practising at Dwarka Court, New Delhi. Our focus is families: Indians in India and Indians abroad who need dependable legal help with marriage, divorce and related disputes.
S.S Associates Law Firm is a Delhi practice with its chamber inside the Dwarka Court Complex. We started with matrimonial and family matters, and today we also handle criminal and civil cases that grow out of them, such as bail, domestic violence complaints, cheque bounce and property disputes.
A large share of the people who contact us live outside India. They are engineers in California, nurses in the UK, managers in Dubai, students and professionals in Canada and Australia. They share one problem: a legal matter in India and no one on the ground to look after it. We built our practice to solve that problem with clear communication, careful paperwork and respect for their time.
We explain the law in plain words, tell you what to expect before every hearing and keep the process respectful for both sides. In family matters we try to settle terms wherever that is safe and fair, because a settled case is usually quicker and calmer than a contested one. When a matter has to be contested, we prepare it carefully: documents first, then pleadings, then evidence.
